Super Heros

Daddy was home alone with the 3 kiddies yesterday for about an hour and when I returned, I was informed that they had all turned into Superheros while I was gone! Well, then came the video footage to prove it! I have watched it several times and it still makes me crack up!

Tess and Tripp

This would not be so hilarious if it did not acurately portray what happens here EVERY night! These two are CRAZY and they keep us laughing!

Gymnastics - My "perfect 10"

Tah-Dah! This is Elsie doing her gymnastics at The Little Gym of Boca-Delray. She loves it and I have been taking her since she was 2. Originally, too tall for her own body, she was very uncoordinated and timid, but now she is fearless and the head of the class! The grin on her face says it all.

Another Swinin' Girl!

Elsie LOVES to swing too....and she has been on her new park EVERY day since it was erected! It was certainly a great investment!

Swingin'

My little Tess LOVES to swing! The new park is her first experience with being in a swing and now we can't get her out of it! She stands at the window and points at the swingset and cries to go outside! When we open the door and she bolts for the swing! Soooo cute! There is a good chance "swing" will be her first word!

Cute Bums

These snap shots make me laugh and laugh! It was not a special day, in fact this same moment repeats itself almost every night in my home. They all love the water and the bath is a special, all-be-it chaotic time of our day. It is these moments that I want desperately to remember but I know will fade with time. Thank goodness I can capture it on film! Hope it makes you smile too.

We had our fundraiser for Aubrey Opdyke today and it was a huge success! The news story said it was thanks to me, but they had that wrong! It took so many people to make this day happen. My dear friend, Holly, was actually the mastermind behind the idea of doing a fundraiser for the family and she presented it to our Palm Beach County Mommies of Multiples group. We all embraced the concept, but struggled with exactly what to do....a bake sale, donations? We were stumped until I heard that Chick-Fil-A hosted fundraisers and I suggested that. Holly loved the idea so we decided to pursue that. That was the week Holly had a house full of sick kids, so I made the phone calls and the contact with Chick-Fil-A's Jen Brown, who is the Marketing Director at the Palm Beach Lakes and Okeechobee locations. She was terrific and she took care of all of the logistics at the store. Holly and I did the marketing for the event and spread the word with the help of Holy Cross Preschool, where Hope Opdyke is a student, and many others. Thanks to everyone who participated in this special day. It was wonderful to know that we were coming together to help a family in need.
